CTCC: Sasha Anis, Damon Sharpe and Nick Wittmer Crowned 2012 Champions

TORONTO, ON - Emotions and excitement were at the heart of the weekend for the Season Finale of Canadian Touring Car Championship (CTCC) presented by Continental Tire at Calabogie Motorsports Park. Going into this weekend, the probability of winning the Touring Class title by either Team Octane driver Michel Sallenbach or Blanchet Motorsports driver Damon Sharpe was fifty percent while Super Class and B-Spec Class leaders Sasha Anis from G1 Racing and Nick Wittmer with Ste-Rose Honda Racing were technically invincible.

CTCC: Montreal weekend round-up

TORONTO, ON - For the second time this season, the Canadian Touring Car Championship (CTCC), presented by Continental Tire competed on the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve in Montreal during the NAPA Auto Parts 200 presented by Dodge race event. Three on-track sessions were on the program schedule with qualifying and two races. On Thursday morning, first on the track for the weekend, CTCC competitors were anxious to regain the feel of the track that they experienced during their last visit in June as they had only a 30-minute session to qualify for the afternoon race.

CTCC: Lombardi Honda Racing Team eyeing another podium

Montréal, QC - The Lombardi Honda Racing Team will be at the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve this weekend to contest the two NAPA 200 rounds of the Canadian Touring Car Championship. Drivers Benjamin Distaulo, currently ranked second in the series, Roger Ledoux, and Greg Pootmans will make their presence known in the Super Touring class along with the return of Simon Dion-Viens in the B-Spec class.

CTCC: Mathieu Audette Returns to the Circuit Mont-Tremblant

BLAINVILLE, QC – Winner of May’s first two rounds of the 2012 Canadian Touring Car Championship, Quebec driver Mathieu Audette will return to competition this weekend for the seventh and eighth races of the season, to be held at the Circuit du Mont-Tremblant. CTCC: A 'top 6' finish for Jocelyn Fecteau at ICAR

CTCC: Audette scores top-four result despite pitfalls at ICAR
